• Estimated timing and dependencies
• Revision limits and change requests

If a separate written project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the separate project agreement controls for that project.

Packages, pricing, timelines, and availability

Prices and packages displayed on the website are starting points or general descriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written project agreement. They may change, and they may not include every requirement, third-party charge, tax, content need, integration, revision, maintenance task, or custom feature.

The final scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, and availability are confirmed in writing after the project requirements are understood. Website copy describing a package does not override a later proposal or agreement.

Any timeline discussed before the required information, content, approvals, access, and payment are received is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Governing law, jurisdiction, and disputes

These website Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.

Subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, you and PorchPixel Studio agree that any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or use of the website will be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Delaware, United States, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

A separate client proposal, contract, or statement of work may specify a different governing law, venue, arbitration process, or dispute procedure. Where it does, that written project agreement controls for the relevant paid project.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing general use of this website. They do not replace a separate agreement governing a paid project.

We may update these Terms when the website, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website after an update means the revised Terms apply from the stated effective date. Changes to an existing paid project will be handled under the relevant project agreement rather than by silently changing that agreement through this page.
